Ford is going to layoff upwards of 14,000 employees in an effort to become more competitive.
Here is an idea, make all your cars get > 30 MPG. You won't be able to build the F150 fast enough. Stop complaining that you can't compete, buck up and GET COMPETITIVE. The technology has to be there.
In related news...Chrysler Group's announcement that it will post a $1.5-billion, third-quarter loss, I hope Dr Z can save them.
