FormatTxt Function:

The FormatTxt function applies special html characters to a string. FormatTxt uses special codes to delinate html characters. The following special characters are supported by FormatTxt:
recognized

[2] subscript 2 ²
[3] subscript 3 ³
[1] subscript 1 ¹
[0] subscript 0 º
[deg] degrees symbol °
[1/2] one-half ½
[3/4] three-quarters ¾
[1/4] one-quarter ¼

[c] copyright ©
[r] registered ®
[div] division sign ÷
[plusminus] Plus/Minus sign ±
[pounds] British Pound £
[cents] Cents sign ¢
